Manager, KYC Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a KYC Operations team.
• Set KPIs; provide regular KYC health reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end KYC reviews across MoonPay products.
• Own QA frameworks; monitor output quality.
• Improve KYC workflows and documentation.
• Drive tooling and onboarding with Product/Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in KYC/AML/financial crime ops in crypto/fintech.
• Deep expertise in CDD, EDD, sanctions, PEP.
• Strong process design; scalable workflows.
• Data-driven decision making; set KPIs and analyze trends.
• Clear, direct communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
