📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of strategic programs that accelerate the growth and scalability of Thumbtack's
• Build and scale new business capabilities from concept through launch, establishing operating
• Own measurable business outcomes by defining success measures, monitoring performance, and making
• Lead complex programs end to end as central hub across Product, Engineering, Data Science
• Shape strategy through analytical insight using data, customer and partner insights, and structured
• Strengthen the Partner Operations foundation by improving tools, systems, processes, and operating

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, program management, general
• 2+ years of people-management experience with ability to set direction, develop talent, and lead a
• Experience translating ambiguous business opportunities into clear strategies, operating plans, and
• Track record of leading complex initiatives from concept through execution with accountability
• Strong business judgment and analytical rigor to assess performance, understand economics, and
