Manager, Learning and Development (Training Manager)

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of training across translational sciences, clinical ops, data management
• Partner with SMEs to assess needs and develop learning content.
• Coordinate onboarding and role-specific training for new hires.
• Manage learning platforms and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain curricula and align with regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent in scientific/healthcare field.
• 4-6 years of L&D experience within a CRO or similar setup.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication, strong writing/recordkeeping, and project management.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and understand clinical trial processes (ICH/GCP).
