Oversee end-to-end learning solution design and delivery
Drive scalable content production and delivery for organizational learning
Establish processes, frameworks, and quality standards for learning development
Manage stakeholder relationships across business units

🎯 Requirements

10-15 years in learning & development with leadership experience
Advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or related field
Experience building or scaling L&D teams
Strong knowledge of learning technology ecosystems
Budget and resource management experience
Experience in learning program design and governance
