📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 10-15 years in learning & development with leadership experience
  • Advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or related field
  • Experience building or scaling L&D teams
  • Strong knowledge of learning technology ecosystems
  • Budget and resource management experience
  • Experience in learning program design and governance
