📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer – Product Specialists.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across Harvey’s global customer base.
• Oversee customer engagement across implementation, onboarding and enablement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts with partners and leadership.
• Own team operations, capacity and performance metrics for scalable support.
• Partner cross-functionally to shape product strategy and customer narrative.

🎯 Requirements

• Australian practising certificate with 7+ years PQE at a top-tier firm or in-house.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team and developing talent.
• Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools.
• Strong commercial instincts to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for trainings.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
