Manager, Lifecycle Contract Management - APAC

📋 Description

• Own lifecycle contracts planning, implementation, SLAs (APAC)
• Lead APAC regional team (India, SE Asia, Japan)
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, Engineering, Legal and CS to optimize SOPs
• Identify automations to improve quality, efficiency and scale
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the regional team
• Champion Remote values and Lifecycle team goals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations across APAC countries with labour law
• Track record scaling HR ops across diverse APAC markets with local compliance
• Experience in fast-paced international scale-up environments
• Hands-on people management with coaching mindset
• Tech-savvy with experience using diverse digital tools
• Fluent English; remote work experience is a plus
