Improve Lifecycle Contracts Management processes, with automation to scale.
Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and goals.

🎯 Requirements

HR Operations across APAC with contracts/labour law knowledge.
Scaling HR Ops across diverse APAC markets with labour compliance expertise.
Experience in fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
Hands-on people management with coaching mindset.
Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools.
Fluent English; remote work a plus.
