• HR Operations across APAC with contracts management
• Deep expertise in local labor compliance and contract management in APAC markets
• Experience in fast-paced, international scale-up environments
• Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset
• Tech savvy with various digital tools
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
