  • Serve as SME and escalation point on all Contract Management topics.
  • Coach and develop direct reports; build a high-performance regional team.
  • Own recruitment, training, and supervision of the APAC lifecycle team.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Product, Engineering, Legal, and CS on workflows and SOPs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes to improve quality and scale.
  • Be able to go from scout to scale and start things up.
  • Champion Remote's values and the Lifecycle team's goals.

  • HR Operations across APAC; contract management and labour law.
  • Experience scaling HR Ops across APAC markets; labour compliance.
  • Experience in fast-paced international scale-ups.
  • Hands-on people management with a coaching mindset.
  • Tech savvy with experience using various digital tools.
  • Service level focus, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
