Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead a team of data analysts, covering lifecycle, promotions, and CRM
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Own measurement of promotional and reinvestment spend, including incrementality, ROI, and offer
• Set experimentation standards across lifecycle and CRM, including hypothesis development, test
• Measure and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, first-time deposit (FTD) conversion
• Develop targeting, pricing, and measurement strategies for cross-product adoption and cross-sell

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth analytics
• 1+ year of experience managing analysts
• Proven experience measuring and optimizing promotional, incentive, or reinvestment spend
• Deep experience with experimentation, including A/B testing, holdout design, and power analysis
• Experience supporting targeted and triggered lifecycle programs at scale
• Experience partnering with CRM teams and platforms (Braze strongly preferred)
