📋 Description

• Own planning, implementation, and delivery for Lifecycle Time & Attendance.
• Lead T&A operations across APAC with wage/hour compliance focus.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Legal, and ER to improve processes.
• Champion data integrity and secure handling of confidential HR records.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled tooling to scale T&A services.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on people management with distributed teams.
• International HR Ops across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance, wage/hour laws, policy exceptions.
• APAC labor law expertise and complex case resolution.
• Tech-savvy with process optimization and automation.
• Fluent English; strong communication in a remote, async environment.
