📋 Description

• Own planning, implementation, and service delivery for Lifecycle T&A.
• Lead an international T&A team with coaching.
• Ensure wage/hour compliance and policy handling in APAC.
• Partner across Ops, Product, Eng, Legal, ER to improve T&A.
• Drive AI-enabled automation and process optimization with guardrails.
• Maintain data integrity and protect confidential T&A data.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on management of distributed international teams.
• International HR Ops across multiple countries.
• Deep T&A knowledge including wage/hour laws and policy interpretation.
• Data integrity and confidentiality in high-stakes T&A cases.
• SLA/KPI-driven service delivery and continuous improvement.
• English fluency and cross-functional collaboration.
