Manager, Loads & Dynamics

📋 Description

• Manage a team of Dynamics engineers for loads and environments.
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to verification.
• Develop/maintain dynamic models and load cases for spacecraft.
• Coordinate with Structures, Propulsion, Thermal, GNC, Test teams.
• Build post-processing tools and data reduction methods.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years engineering in aerospace or safety-critical.
• 1+ years technical leadership or engineering management.
• Experience loads and environments prediction, structural dynamics, vibration, or shock.
• Proficiency with FEM tools: FEMAP/NASTRAN, ANSYS, Abaqus.
• Cross-functional engineering experience.
