📋 Description

• Lead logistics team transformation for an efficient, resilient export logistics operation.
• Oversee network optimization to deliver customer service at optimal cost.
• Embed analytics to drive data-based decisions in logistics.
• Build partnerships with forwarders and 3PLs to raise service levels and reduce cost.
• Drive digital tooling for real-time visibility across logistics.
• Maintain SOPs and regulatory compliance, including SOX.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in export logistics within FMCG, multi-SKU and multi-geography operations.
• Experience managing contract logistics in export domain.
• Experience with 3PLs, transporters, CHA, customs, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP; advanced Excel for planning and reporting.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Strong understanding of load build planning, scheduling, and regulatory environment.
