📋 Description

  • Monitor and report on carrier delivery and on-time performance
  • Focus on continuous improvement related to speed, service consistency and cost management
  • Provide weekly reports to leadership on Last Mile carrier network performance
  • Act as point of contact for the day-to-day parcel carrier relationships (3+ carriers)
  • Communicate unforeseen carrier rate, rule, or service interruptions
  • Communicate monthly volume forecasts and reconcile any variances

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain
  • Experience in designing reports, extracting data and interpreting multiple data sources
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up
  • 3+ years of direct experience in ecommerce retail and parcel carrier networks (eg; Fed Ex
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong verbal and written communications
