📋 Description

• Own inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations strategy and
• Drive carrier performance, KPI methodologies, and real-time reporting tools.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, negotiations, and carrier partnerships.
• Expand and optimize networks for freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects.
• Design cost-optimized, scalable transportation solutions and reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering for new product launches and ramps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in KPI frameworks and carrier performance management.
• 5+ years leading sourcing strategy, negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of people management experience in logistics teams.
• 7+ years managing complex international/domestic logistics networks and transportation operations.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems, logistics platforms, and data analytics tools.
