Lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and associates to maximize uptime
Design and build systems to track maintenance tasks on schedule
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with asset owners/engineers
Manage spare parts inventory; justify capex for upgrades/new installs
Provide DFM feedback on layouts/equipment for maintainability
Mentor staff on downtime prevention and troubleshooting (hydraulics/pneumatics/electrical/controls)

🎯 Requirements

5+ years leadership in manufacturing
3+ years electronics or high-volume manufacturing
2+ years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Hands-on maintenance with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
Experience with industrial automation, data acquisition, control systems; willing to travel up to 10% and work all shifts
