📋 Description

• Serve as a reimbursement subject-matter expert for Sales teams and their agencies, providing
• Deliver reimbursement training through in-person sessions, virtual meetings, and on-demand
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Regulatory teams to anticipate market needs
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify and prioritize customer engagements, providing
• Develop and execute market access, reimbursement, and value-based strategies aligned with broader
• Build and maintain relationships with physician champions and other key stakeholders who can

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare delivery or administration, health insurance, medical devices
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or other advanced qualification is a plus.
• Experience in orthopedic medical devices and/or field reimbursement is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of medical device billing and coding, including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10.
• Detailed understanding of payer coverage requirements, prior authorization, claims submission
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare policy, payment systems, and contracting methodologies, including
