Manager, Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead analyst for Toast’s upsell motions
• Determine how to address new customers with upsell tactics and marketing
• Work closely with Toast Web team to develop digital experiences for Toast Customers in Toast Web
• Measure the performance of customer marketing programs and campaigns
• Uncover trends and opportunities across the customer lifecycle using data
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for where and how to focus efforts and size the

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with marketing analytics and customer data
• Proficient with tools like Snowflake, SQL, Excel
• Mastery of analytics tools with data visualization components such as Sigma, Hex, Looker
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to outcomes
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence others to take action
• Expert with AI tools, particularly those used for analysis and visualization (Claude, Hex AI)
