📋 Description

• Build, lead, and grow a distributed design team.
• Set the brand system vision with the VP, Marketing.
• Own creative direction across all marketing surfaces.
• Build an AI-powered, cloud-based creative engine.
• Create systems for non-designers to self-serve tasks.
• Lead creative planning across Product Marketing and Growth.
• Manage freelancers and agencies, ensuring quality.
• Improve creative ops and team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing creative teams with coaching and growth.
• Built or scaled a creative org with processes and QA.
• Led or contributed to a brand evolution/rebrand.
• Partnered with Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships across time zones.
• In-house B2B SaaS or DTC ecommerce experience preferred.
• AI-fluent; used AI tools to speed creative production.
• Distributed teams experience across time zones.
