📋 Description

• Serve as the insights partner to the [VP/GM] of EMEA Marketing and their leadership team
• Maintain a single, trusted view of EMEA marketing performance across a consistent framework of
• Support functional target-setting model for EMEA, including program, channel, and product-level
• Maintain the leading-indicator framework for EMEA, identifying the early signals that predict
• Translate performance data into insight, implications, and recommended areas of focus tied to
• Own execution telemetry for EMEA, maintaining visibility into how marketing work is actually

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or insights roles
• Experience supporting marketing leadership in a B2B technology or data/AI company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with marketing performance frameworks, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
