Manager, Marketing Operations

📋 Description

• Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack, including platforms such as Veeva Vault
• Partner with IT, Compliance, and Privacy to evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools; manage
• Define and enforce data governance, taxonomy, and metadata standards across systems.
• Manage user access, training, documentation, and adoption, and troubleshoot escalations.
• Maintain integrations between systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, MLR workflow, analytics) to support a
• Own the marketing project management platform (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing operations, brand operations, or project management experience in pharma
