📋 Description

• Own and continuously optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce
• Administer HubSpot and support Salesforce administration, ensuring reliable bidirectional
• Evaluate existing tools, manage software renewals, assess new technology solutions, and oversee
• Design and refine lead scoring models, lifecycle stages (MQL, SAL, SQL), and conversion processes
• Manage complex lead assignment and routing rules, including round-robin, territory-based, and
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving backend automation, API integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or the
• Advanced administrative expertise in HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub and marketing automation
• Strong technical understanding of bidirectional system synchronization, custom field mapping
• Demonstrated experience developing multi-touch attribution models, campaign performance reporting
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate complex backend
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing logic, CRM data
