Manager, Material Review and Promotion

📋 Description

• Role located in Mettawa, IL or Irvine, CA (hybrid option).
• Oversees Advertising & Promotional materials within U.S. Commercial MRP.
• Facilitates cross-functional reviews with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, etc.
• Leads material status updates with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Oversees timelines for materials through MRP and Veeva.
• Mentors team; drives process improvements and agility.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Project Management or equivalent.
• Subject matter expert in material review processes and systems.
• Strong Veeva experience; print and digital formats knowledge.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Science, Education, or related preferred.
• Pharma marketing/advertising agency exposure preferred.
• Adobe Acrobat, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Veeva PromoMats familiarity.
