Manager, Materials Management (Starship)

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day materials mgmt for Starship; mentor reports.
• Support targets for fulfillment, distribution, and storage centers.
• Define strategy, metrics, and goals to guide the organization.
• Lead multi-shift team (5 shifts); assess performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure AS9100 quality, safety, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage inventory, shelf life, FIFO, and cross-site storage.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree + 3+ yrs in material planning or supply chain.
• Bachelor's + 5+ yrs in material planning, distribution, or ops.
• 9+ yrs in material planning, distribution, or SCM.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Aerospace/aviation/manufacturing experience preferred.
