📋 Description

• Lead the design of a full electrode assembly integral to the battery
• Create white-page designs that will be the foundation of Form Energy's future products, while also
• Perform hands-on prototyping of designs and collaborate with broader teams to build integrated
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, DFM, DFA, cost, reliability
• Demonstrate design functionality through analysis (e.g., FEA, CFD) and driving verification testing
• Work with vendors, supply chain partners, manufacturing engineers, and technical operations to

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Bachelor's with 10+ years, or Master's with 8+
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and mentoring direct reports
• Well-developed experience designing mechanical components and assemblies composed of low-cost metal
• Experience implementing design for manufacturing & assembly (DFMA) principles
• Strong technical communication skills, especially with external parties and across internal
• Experience with the design and verification of air or liquid seals is a plus
