📋 Description

• Lead mechanical engineering for NPD programs
• Oversee design from concept to production release
• Coach engineers on reliability, safety, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with clinical, quality, regulatory, and fabrication teams
• Establish design standards and review processes
• Drive risk management and design reviews across projects

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in mechanical engineering or related field or equivalent
• 4+ years experience or 6+ years with a bachelor’s
• Robotics/medical product design experience
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with FEA, DFM, and design documentation
• Regulatory exposure (ISO, FDA, ASTM) a plus
