Manager, Mechanical Services (Nuclear)

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and growth of TNC Services' mechanical maintenance and field services.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in outage work.
• Collaborate with utility customers, field teams, PMs, and leadership on outages.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for mechanical field services.
• Drive operational excellence and accurate project documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in mechanical maintenance, repair, or outage in power/industrial settings.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical teams or field ops.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, seals, valves, heat exchangers, piping, rotating equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and OEM specs.
• Travel up to 50% and outage experience; nuclear safety awareness.
