📋 Description

• Lead medical writing operations and ensure timely, compliant clinical documentation
• Oversee resource planning, quality standards, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement
• Support growth and development of medical writing professionals
• Mentor Medical Writers and manage workload distribution
• Plan short- and long-term resources for project assignments
• Oversee preparation, review, and delivery of documents within timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a science-related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in medical writing or related life sciences; 2+ years in medical writing
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or people management experience
• Strong supervision, mentoring, and evaluation skills
• Experience managing timelines, resource allocation, and workload forecasting
• Excellent medical writing, editing, and scientific communication skills
