Manager, Merchandising Finance

📋 Description

• Provide actionable financial insights to drive merchandising decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards for budgeting and launches.
• Perform PVM analysis to identify opportunities for margin and inventory optimization.
• Partner with Merchandising, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align data-driven decisions.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams with clear recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering with Merchandising or Category teams in an operational finance role.
• PVM analysis experience; explain drivers and influence decisions.
• Forecasting and margins for new SKU/brand launches.
• Cannibalization analysis and post-launch performance.
• Marketing spend analysis and ROI evaluation with Marketing & FP&A.
• Retail finance exp with SKU-level analysis in brick-and-mortar or omnichannel.
