Manager, Merchandising - Window

📋 Description

• Own the Window assortment strategy delivering quality at accessible prices
• Use data and insights to optimize the assortment for revenue and margins
• Identify whitespace and refine the product roadmap with new learnings
• Launch and expand new product types in year one (shades, sizes)
• Use data on ratings/reviews to improve quality and reduce returns
• Partner with Sourcing to develop new products with quality and craftsmanship

🎯 Requirements

• Role is based in San Francisco, CA with 3 days in office
• 8-10 years in retail merchandising for home textiles/window coverings
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred
• Proven track record of progression and growth
• Data-driven with ability to leverage tools and external sources
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
