📋 Description

• Drive performance visibility and operational rigor across merchant programs.
• Coordinate with country, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, targets, and delivery milestones.
• Identify gaps and opportunities; escalate risks.
• Provide consultative support to country/regional teams.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Marketing to remove blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in consulting, ops, strategy, or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguity into structured initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making; SQL a plus.
• Ownership and PM skills; lead initiatives across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Product, Analytics, Ops, Marketing cross-functionally.
