Lead a team of Business Analysts for MES (POMs) recipes setup and troubleshooting
Ensure alignment with Global IT standards in MES and integrate with SAP, Maximo, etc.
Define URS with stakeholders and manage recipe authoring for templates
Oversee POMS validation during start-up and maintenance phases
Drive continuous improvement in MES projects and data integrity
Coordinate with regulatory and audit activities related to MES

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or CS; Masters preferred
Minimum 8 years in manufacturing/quality in pharma
At least 3 years hands-on MES experience
Strong Computer Systems Validation and Project Management skills
Excellent communication; leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations
