📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day clinical monitoring for European CRAs.
• Plan, manage, and improve project operations and compliance.
• Represent monitoring teams to sponsors and partners.
• Oversee resource planning, performance mgmt, and training.
• Drive policy, process improvements, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in Health/Life Sciences or SoCRA/ACRP.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience with training/mentorship.
• Experience managing CRA staff and providing 1:1 training.
• Ability to work in remote global capacity.
• Strong knowledge of clinical monitoring and GCP.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer-service mindset.
