Lead infra operations, incident response, and on-call health.
Drive modernization via IaC, automation, CI/CD, and observability.
Own core platform services: compute, virtualization, storage, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in platform engineering or infra operations.
Proven technical leadership and mentoring.
Private cloud infra: Linux, OpenStack, virtualization.
IaC and CI/CD: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab.
Kubernetes platforms (Rancher/OpenShift/upstream) in prod.
Observability and incident management experience.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration.
