🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
• Proven experience (10+ years) in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within
• Experience supporting product launches or new product introduction programs strongly desired
• Strong supplier negotiation, supplier development, and contract management skills
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Effective communicator—able to influence and build relationships at all levels, including executive
