Manager, Occupancy Planning Operations

📋 Description

• Lead concurrent office moves, restacks, and phased relocations from scope to move-day.
• Build move plans covering schedules, budgets, seating, IT/AV, security.
• Translate requirements into move waves; lead readiness reviews and post-move retrospectives.
• Establish clear responsibilities and escalation across leaders, IT, Security, Facilities, and Finance.
• Manage move vendors and service providers: scope, schedules, quality, and costs.
• Communicate plans, risks, and decisions to employees and executives while minimizing disruption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in workplace ops, move management, occupancy planning, or corporate real estate.
• Proven success leading concurrent, complex moves end-to-end (scope to closeout).
• Hands-on CAFM/IWMS experience with OfficeSpace (requirements, UAT, governance, integrations).
• Strong PM, analytical, and exec communication; manage budgets, vendors, KPIs with Google Workspace and Tableau.
