• Lead drug screening and occupational health ops for AssureHire.
• Oversee compliance, quality, and timely service delivery for a global client base.
• Direct and optimize the drug screening department, including people and vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, or related field; 3 years
• Experience in a compliance-driven environment with operations quality improvement.
• Deep knowledge of drug screening regulations and federal/state requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with industry software/databases used in drug screening.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
