📋 Description

• Oversee strategy, execution, and improvement of occupational health and drug screening operations
• Lead team performance and vendor management
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff
• Ensure accurate, timely, high-quality delivery of services
• Monitor KPIs like turnaround times, accuracy, service quality, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, Business Management, or related
• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, screening, laboratory, or compliance operations
• Proven ability to improve operational processes in high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of drug screening regulations and compliance requirements
• Leadership, motivation, and team development skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong communication/organizational abilities
