Manager of Account Management, EUR (Bilingual - German)

📋 Description

• Lead the Account Management team across BENELUX, DACH, and Nordics
• Drive regional retention, NRR, upsell and account growth
• Partner with leadership to identify regional growth opportunities
• Develop scalable strategies to increase customer lifetime value
• Manage customer relationships, software adoption and engagement
• Ensure plans align with regional objectives and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of people leadership in AM, Sales or CS
• Experience owning KPIs: retention, NRR, upsell, growth
• Experience in EMEA markets; DACH exposure preferred
• Professional fluency in German required
• SaaS, travel tech or hospitality experience preferred
