  • Lead the Account Management team across BENELUX, DACH, and Nordics

  • Manage customer relationships, software adoption and engagement
  • Ensure plans align with regional objectives and KPIs

  • 2โ€“3 years of people leadership in AM, Sales or CS
  • Experience owning KPIs: retention, NRR, upsell, growth
  • Experience in EMEA markets; DACH exposure preferred
  • Professional fluency in German required
  • SaaS, travel tech or hospitality experience preferred
