Manager of ARD Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead ARD Facilitators to ensure compliant ARD and IEP processes.
• Collaborate with campus and regional teams for fidelity and docs.
• Monitor IDEA and Section 504 timelines and compliance windows.
• Participate in ARD meetings and family conferences as needed.
• Provide coaching and PD to ARD Facilitators.
• Support data collection and state reporting for compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Special Education Certification.
• 3+ years experience in special education services.
• Knowledge of 504 and IDEA eligibility categories.
• Data analysis, documentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel between campuses and attend meetings.
