📋 Description

• Lead ARD Facilitators to deliver compliant ARD processes and high-quality IEP development.
• Monitor timelines for evaluations, ARD decisions, and required actions within mandated windows.
• Review ARD documentation for accuracy and completeness; provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure ARD/IEP paperwork meets standards; guide completion of required forms and state reporting.
• Analyze regional data (504/ARD) to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Engage families and school leaders; coach on engagement and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Special Education Certification
• 3+ years experience teaching in special education
• Knowledge of 504 and the 13 IDEA eligibility categories
• Reliable transportation for travel between campuses
• Hybrid work environment: Reports to central office or schools three days a week
