📋 Description

• Lead Yardzen's Build business and drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage a network of vetted outdoor contractors.
• Direct a team of Build Project Managers as client point of contact.
• Design scalable processes and implement AI/automation for repetitive work.
• Forecast performance, spot risk, and remove blockers with execs.
• Align with Marketing, Product, and Design Operations to hit targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, project or program management.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Track record of owning and beating targets.
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or contractor networks.
• Strong analytical chops; uses data, KPIs and dashboards.
• Experience in landscape or residential construction is a plus.
