📋 Description

• Directly manage a team of analysts, including hiring and reviews.
• Manage capacity, priorities, and timelines to hit project deadlines.
• Identify process improvements to increase labeling efficiency and reliability.
• Develop rubrics and ground-truth data for model development.
• Ensure rubric consistency via secondary reviews and gap addressing.
• Partner with AI/Data Science to align labeling with model needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of people management leading analytical, labeling, or quality teams.
• Strong analytical thinking; identify root causes of quality issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex methodology into guidance.
• Proven client-facing SME track record.
• Experience cross-functional with data science and engineering.
• Proven record of innovation and team elevation.
