Own the CRO test roadmap for ClassPass’s Consumer and Partner websites
Build and maintain an impact-based CRO roadmap with clear confidence levels, effort sizing, and
Generate test ideas grounded in data and user behavior
Manage and empower a team of CRO Developers across B2C and B2B tracks
Review Figma designs with technical and UX judgment
Own the CRO side of server-side testing in partnership with Engineering

🎯 Requirements

Front-end development background, can read PRs and hold technical conversations with engineers
Direct experience running A/B tests
Test ideation mindset, grounded in data and user behavior
Experience owning a roadmap across multiple audience types or business units
Comfortable being a cross-functional partner to engineering
