🎯 Requirements

6+ years in data engineering or related field.
Strong leader with hands-on coding and delivery ownership.
SQL and Python proficiency; production data solutions.
Experience designing/building production-grade data pipelines and platforms.
ETL/ELT, data modeling, data lake, lakehouse architectures.
Familiar with modern data tech (dbt, Airflow, Redshift, Databricks, Spark).
