📋 Description

• Lead fundraising and comms execution for the region with strategic alignment.
• Manage regional communications calendar for fundraising and enrollment.
• Produce content aligned to Director’s narrative strategy.
• Coordinate social, website updates, and marketing materials.
• Create and maintain templates to streamline messaging across schools.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency; collaborate with designers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years in development, communications, or non-profit ops.
• Experience supporting fundraising (grants, donor comms, events).
• Strong written comms for donor materials, reports, emails.
• Ability to manage projects and timelines across stakeholders.
• Team player with stakeholder management and relationship-building.
