📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts (2), overseeing workstreams, career development, and workload
• Drive annual budgeting and long-range financial planning for the organization
• Serve as a strategic partner to operational teams, helping unlock performance through financial
• Build scenario models and business cases that guide decision-making and support new initiatives
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for optimization and growth
• Deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking, ideally
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SQL, BI tools, and ERP
• Proven track record in building models, running analyses, and developing business cases that
• 2+ years of people leadership, with experience guiding both early-career and senior analysts
• Strong proficiency in large-scale data analysis, scenario planning, and financial forecasting
• Executive-level communication skills with a clear ability to influence and align stakeholders

🎁 Benefits

• Competitive base salary range: $125,000 to $165,000
