Manager of IT Security (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of security engineers and analysts.
• Guide vulnerability management, incident detection and IAM work.
• Drive multi-year security initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop security policies and plans.
• Evaluate security technologies and lead implementations to strengthen posture.
• Spot root causes of problems and drive durable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in information security across multiple domains (VM, IR, IAM)
• 2+ years leading a security team (hiring, coaching, performance)
• Experience securing on-prem and cloud environments; cloud networking concepts
• Communicate security risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience contributing to or executing security roadmaps, policies or programs
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS or related field (Preferred)
