📋 Description

• Build and lead the GA operations team.

• Lead 20+ staff; build, motivate, and hold accountable.
• Develop processes, metrics, and quality control systems.
• Know state laws, regulations, and staff training/certifications.
• Strategic thinker who uses technology to streamline workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient/caregiver focus.
